The Visual Studio 2019 RC is available here: https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/
But if you already installed the Preview version, you can proceed by updating the current version:
With this release, we’re found two different product “channels”: the release channel that we can install it separately (visualstudio.com/downloads) and the preview channel that we can update it to Preview 4 (visualstudio.com/preview). But they are a little bit similar before launching Visual Studio 2019 on 2 April. So, we can try them and use all templates and new features.
And for both versions, we found Community, Professional and Enterprise Version.
